Joel has been in career ministry since 1982, having earlier taught and coached in the public schools. He has coauthored 3 devotional books and has an extensive speaking ministry throughout the U.S. and overseas. His education includes Bachelor of Science, Ball State University; Masters of Science in Education, Indiana University; Masters of Christian Ministry, Huntington College.
